The Delinquent Accounts List is determined using two formulas:
- An Account Holder has not reported and/or paid their Drink Taxes for three (3) months
- An Account Holder has an unpaid delinquent balance exceeding $5,000.00 (based on reported numbers or an estimated balance based on an account’s 12-month average)
